Revival of Manusmrithi Based Governance: Mechanics of the Organized Death of Indian Democracy

It is about time we recognized what kind of governance is presiding over India since 2014.

The government under Modi is what can be called Manusmrithi Based Governance.

In most circumstances, this will be denied. However, this is the fact. 

Here’s how it is:

Right wing thinkers of the past (we are talking in decades into the past) have successfully convinced their supporters that Manusmrithi is the culture we need and it got corrupted over time and it needs to be installed in a revised format.

We all know that manusmrithi is the root cause of so much social evil we have today including the caste system. Modi supporters will quickly jump the gun and say it is not. Well, the fact is that the top-most varna and the top-most caste are both Brahman! You do the math.

The right wing thinkers have devised a new way of implementing manusmrithi and here’s how they see it:

The one who gets education must not have control of the government and that of wealth. The one who gets the control of government must not have education and wealth. The one who gets wealth must not get education and control in government. The one who does not get all the three must serve the remaining 3 groups. The one who must get education is Brahman. The one who must get wealth is vaisya. The one who must control government is Kshatriya. The one serving these three is Sudra.

This nonsense is being implemented in India as we speak.

Look up NEET exam, rising fees in educational institutions and the increasing restrictions for scholarships across the universities. This is to make sure NOT ALL ARE EDUCATED AND THE ONES DESERVING EDUCATION ALONE GET IT.

Here are some instances to support:

Look up the budget documents, especially the government funding/investments into Non-Banking Financial Corporations and private banks in general. Government has been pumping money into lesser know mostly west/north-west based banking institutions [read vaisya groups] and the cost of finance [interest rates] have been going up. Notice that the eligibility for benefits and relaxations in loan interest rates ensure only a fraction of the population are eligible for loans be it for home or car. This is to make sure NOT ALL GET ACCESS TO WEALTH/MONEY EXCEPT THE ONES DESERVING THE SAME BY VIRTUE OF THEIR BIRTH.

Here's an instance to notice:

Look up caste based political strategies where the current government is partnering with regional political groups and you will notice that their first choice of political partners, members, allies are caste groups which claim to be WARRIOR CLANS [read kshatriya]. Look up which caste groups they choose as regional/local party leadership roles and you will see the castes which claim superiority in the region by the nature of their ancestors being kings and warriors or their advisers. This is to make sure NOT ALL GROUPS OF CITIZENS HAVE A REPRESENTATION IN THE GOVERNMENT EXCEPT THOSE WHO, BY BIRTH, ARE WARRIOR CLANS OR RELATED TO RULING DYNASTIES.

Here are some instances to notice:

Look up how benefits for minorities are either cancelled, reduced or restricted since 2014. For example the educational scholarships for dalits [refer to the entire sc/st/obc/bc/mbc sections and the story remains the same] have been reduced or restricted. Look up how many minorities are included in the government’s line up of officers/ministers/bureaucrats and you will notice that minorities are either completely absent or in the single digits to show a mere presence. Look up who are denied access to public wells, public schools, public medical camps and you will see a trend of minorities being banned out of social/government institutions. Also look up the cases of reservation being denied deliberately for minorities against the constitution. This is to ensure NOT ALL MINORITIES GET ACCESS TO EDUCATION/WEALTH/GOVERNMENT SO THEY REMAIN IN A POSITION OF DEPENDENCY OWING TO WHICH THEY HAVE TO OFFER THEIR SUBSERVIENCE TO THE OTHER 3 GROUPS FOR THEIR SURVIVAL.

Please do not believe anything I write here without you personally verifying it. You need to look up multiple news items and search for specific information. Once you are done, look up RSS archives and read what the senior right wing thinkers have spoken many decades ago. You will need to consciously piece together what you see happening since 2014 along with what was said many years ago in RSS camps/meetings/propaganda.

When you do this exercise, you will see that the government under the control of Modi Gang is implementing a Manusmrithi-based-design irrespective of its consequences as they believe it is their god’s word and it represents their ONE COUNTRY-ONE RELIGION-ONE CULTURE-ONE CODE philosophy. For them hindu is a nationality and people practicing other religions are also hindus by nationality. A Indian christian to them is a Hindu Christian and so on!

This might sound ridiculous if you are reading this for the first time but I would humbly request you to read RSS archives. Read what the right wing thinkers had to say and think how much brain damage is behind the government since 2014!

If such is the state of the government, irrespective of who runs it, the country will have 60% of population reeling under poverty and going to sleep without food every day. Why do you think is the MSME sector not able to access loans? Why do you think is the auto industry crashing? Why do you think the unemployment is rising?

All these troubles are not because the government is anti-people. It is because the government is Pro-Manusmrithi. The goverment being ANTI-PEOPLE is a mere consequence but the government being PRO-MANUSMRITHI is the real causation!!

Read the RSS archives and you will see how they have justified this nonsense. One explanation says when the population was small, evaluating everyone by GUNA was simple and as the population grew, it became difficult and so the simpler way of classifying humans BY BIRTH [in the family of someone who already got classified as per guna] became a consequence. Indirectly, the right wing fools have been declaring that the caste system and the discrimination are nothing but an OBVIOUS BUT INSIGNIFICANT SIDE-EFFECT OF WRONGLY INTERPRETING THE MANUSMRITHI!!!!

So, summing up, we shouldn’t be surprised that our fellow citizens are dying out of hunger and poverty. The damage is comprehensive, diverse and growing as we speak. It involves both loss of life and property.

It is a case of the revival of Manusmrithi based governance in India and this is how our democracy is progressing with its slow and organised death.

The Reservation Debate and Its Application in Electoral Politics

The right wing propagandists and their political partners are now reviving the 'Reservation Debate' to create further divide in our country. They do not care about equality but they do care about securing the votes of the people. To achieve this, they are re-contextualize the reservation debate to convince people to look down upon those who are eligible for reservation. This way the population will be split across those whoa re eligible for reservation and those who don't. Since reservation is for the minorities, they are going to be less in number and the consequence is that the right wing will end up with the larger section of the polarized population.

This is nothing but polarization for vote bank maintenance. Please do not fall for this trick.

Please remember that these political groups will come and go but we have to remain together peacefully living collaboratively. We can take any political stand or prefer any political orientation of the other but it should not force us to hate each other under any circumstances.

The right wing propagandists and Modi Gang are trying to divide the people of India. They are currently pursuing this objective in the state of Tamilnadu.

Justification of Caste based Reservations in India

The demand for the removal of caste based reservation system is on the rise with many Indian citizens strongly believing why the caste based reservation system must be abolished. 

Here is a justification of the caste based reservation system. 

For many years, the Indian society had denied equality to select groups of Indians in the name of religion and its sacred scriptures. These groups of people were denied equal opportunity in education and economic opportunities owing to which they suffered in poverty and social isolation. Their presence/touch was considered unholy by the rest of the majority.

When monarchy went away and India became an independent democratic state, minority groups demanded separate nation so they can safeguard themselves from such social discrimination in the name of religion and sacred scripture. While many groups demanded separate state Pakistan (East+West) was the only one that was officially separated on the basis of faith.

One such minority group namely the Dalits (also called Harigan/Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes) asked for the same but were offered equal inclusion in the Union of India. Dr. Ambedkar who lead the Dalit upliftment efforts agreed to settle down for Dalits’ inclusion in India provided constitutional provisions were made to ensure the socially discriminated classes of Indians had, by law, opportunity across education and employment along with the formal declaration of such social discriminatory practices being unconstitutional and therefore illegal as per law.

While many opposed this demand from Ambedkar, they had to agree so everyone could get under one banner and the partition scenario could be relatively less complicated. Since Dr. Ambedkar himself was a Dalit and the popular religious opinion considered Dalits as outcast, the rest of the members of the committee responsible for writing the Indian constitution refused to collaborate with him on the same level as they considered it an insult. This is one of the reasons why the Indian constitution, for the most part, was compiled from other constitutions instead of being written from scratch.

As for the constitutional provision of caste based reservations, here are the clarifications that need to be cleared before the justifications are discussed:

1. Caste based reservations are based on population-% and for inclusion of everybody so social discrimination based backwardness imposed on minorities go away. The constitutional provision comes along with 10 year timeline by when a socio-economic survey needs to be done to ascertain the extension or abolition of the reservation system. The moment data supporting socio-economic equality of castes are detected, verified and declared, the reservation system will come to an end. This is why every government collects the data and sits on it as divulging it will establish a solid case for extension of timeline for reservation. Caste-based reservations does not intend or aim at supporting mediocrity or inferior performance.
2. Since the constitution demands 18% to be allocated to SC/ST’s when the required number is not available, the cut-off is relaxed to bring in the count. There are situations where the cut-off is raised to reduce the numbers, in cases when the applicants range in the thousands for positions in hundreds. Cut-off is not a baseline that is taken from thin air. It is usually a value calculated based on comparison of available positions and existing number of applicants in that category. If a certain post has 10 positions and the applicants are 2300 in number, the cut-off has to be very high to make sure the selection process ends up with say the Top-100. Interviewing 2300 is an administrative burden the government has to avoid and so they filter out candidates using cut-off marks. 3. Indian constitution allows institutions to have a certain amount of administrative control over their operations and often times anti-reservationist mentality creeps in and what we have is a constant state of reservation cut-off’s being lower than that of general category. This is done only to convince the public can be convinced that reservation is bad and unfair so a public outcry can be caused for abolition of reservation.

4. Even inside a reservation category, candidates have to compete based on their marks. This fact is either not disclosed or deliberately ignored by those who demand the abolition of reservation.

Now for the justification:

1. When the Indian society segregated a select group of equal Indians in the name of caste and the mandates of religious scripture [Manusmrithi etc.], the rest of the society watched and considered it normal and justified. Only when the post-independence constitution classified discrimination as illegal and compensated the discriminated classes, everyone wants an equal share of the compensatory benefits. Descendants of those who did not get discriminated had access to all the society had to offer but those of the discriminated classes had to suffer in spite of constitutional provisions made. As recent as 2018 saw Dalits denied entry into temples and as of 2011 Dalits were denied access to public well. There is much more to this that what we might get from media. Summing up, years of discrimination and segregation based on caste and religious practices has resulted in a social structure where Indians are not willing to consider fellow Indians as equal humans. This is translating in everyone choosing ‘THEIR OWN KIND’ every time they have access to some form of administrative power. The only solution to work around this is to have a constitutional provision of caste-based reservation such that no matter who controls what, all sections are represented proportionately as per the constitution.
2. Reservation based on caste is not the cause of social discrimination. It is social discrimination that is the cause of the caste based reservation in the constitution. The challenge is that if social discrimination has to be completely eliminated, that will practically nullify the faith system based on which the caste system originated. Please read the following of you have the patience: WHY HINDUTVA IS ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT FOR INDIA'S DEVELOPMENT
3. Reservation for poor seems to be more popular these days. The claim is that reservation and benefits should be given to the poor and not to someone exclusively based on their caste/last-name. Here’s the paradox: When the minorities were denied equal economic and educational opportunities based on caste for centuries, nobody saw inequality and just when the constitution attempts to compensate for the same, everyone wants equal distribution of benefits based on economic status. read this if you have the patience: 10% RESERVATION FOR GENERAL CATEGORY FORWARD CASTES: BENEFITS BASED ON ECONOMIC STATUS
4. Removing caste completely is logically a solution to set the basis for removing caste based reservation. However, removing caste means removing the credibility of the majority religion that is responsible for the caste system. If there is no caste, why would anyone believe in the existence of the god that tolerated the caste system in their respective shastras??!!? Do you know of a hindu who has no caste??!! Popularity of the major faith system will drop to the floor if the caste system is declared null and void. Google ‘dalit denied entry’ ‘dalit killed’ ‘dalit not allowed’ 'Dalit beaten' and you will see news bits covering inhuman practices. If those practices can be justified using phrases like ‘Yeah that happens’ ‘Dude that is law and order issue’ ‘This happens everywhere’ 'This has always been there' 'These are small insignificant instances' etc., then such justification automatically justifies the need for caste based reservation as defined by the Indian constitution. The fact that citizens are gently refusing to agree and perceive discrimination as discrimination indicates the presence of differences among the citizens who are inf act equal human beings. Under such circumstances, allowing the 'equal inclusion of all' as a 'Honour System' where those in power will have to execute their fair judgement for inclusive administration is neither rational nor fair. If those in power decide to be preferential and continue with discrimination, then the equality promised by the constitution is violated and the reservation policies as mandated by the constitution is present to avoid such circumstances as much as possible. [law, its interpretation and implementation are very different games]

“All humans are equal.” If this statement is hard to accept in public conversations (within and outside one's family) and/or at an individual level, then that apprehension is the real justification of caste based reservation as defined by the Indian constitution.

WHY HINDUTVA IS ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT FOR INDIA'S DEVELOPMENT

Given today's political climate, we are forced to watch Shout-Fests on news channels and read atrocious claims of cultural and religious identity politics in the papers. 

One among the many popular trends right now is 'Hindutva Bashing'. For some reason this nation is taking immense pride in insulting a faith system with thousands of years in history, not recognising the fact that it is the core of everything this nation has and will have. 

Immersed in the anti-Hindutva white noise, this blog post is an attempt to bring to light the real glory of Hindutva, with the aim of making a case for why Hindutva is absolutely required for the development of this great nation India! Let's get started!

Since I speak Tamil natively, I have used tamil discussion in the images used. However, I will be covering the same in English here just so the linguistic barrier does not take away the essence of this post. 

If we have to understand the greatness of Hindutva and remove the fake-news propaganda being thrust on our brains, nothing can be a better approach than going back to our basics - Hindu Shastra written in the great sanskrit language!

Exhibit 1:

Manusmrithi, a hindu shastra, dictates that Brahmana, Kshatriya and Vaisya are 'TWICE-BORN' and Sudra has 'ONE BIRTH ONLY.' 

The word 'Jaathi' is being used in this as well.

This indicates that the great hindu shastra in all its rotten glory of nonsense, has used the term 'Jaathi' which means caste/breed while referring to 'BIRTH' of each of the castes. Popular opinion says varnas are based on  qualities/guna and not castes and they have nothing to do with birth. 

Well, that is one big lie!!! This verse from manusmrithi refers the varna to their respective 'birth-status-requirement' and also uses the word 'jasthi/caste'. All this to state that Sudra is inferior by virtue of being born just once.

I pity the idiots who believe in this stupid faith system coloured in saffron and filled with gow-shit!!!!

Exhibit 2:

Another verse from the half-digested dump called manusmrithi which dictates that a Sudra, if 'servant of his betters' and 'always seeks a refuge with brahmanas' will attain a higher caste. The previous verse says Sudras are once-born and this one says Sudras can get better in their 'next life'. If the once-born can get a chance to be born again then how is that being 'once-born' in the first place? 

If people die and are born again, why does the population keep rising? 

This verse also uses the term 'Jaathi/Caste'. If varna is guna-crap then how come the word caste is used???

If the word 'Jaathi' is used, then it indicates there is a need to define the term using a specific word and then use it in the shastra. 

The idiots who believe in this fail to realise that their faith is the origin of the caste system. The carefully spread fake news convinced these idiots, that varnashastra is varna based on guna and it has nothing to do with birth and jaathi.

Exhibit 3:

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad states that if someone wants a son who will grow up to be famous scholar, they should eat RICE COOKED WITH THE MEAT OF A YOUNG BULL, with clarified butter. 

So let me get this straight, 

When Shudh Dheshi Ghee mixes with Chaawal [Mind you! not freakin Roti!!! Rice you dumb hindu!!!] and tasty Gow-Maans [Bull Meat aka BEEF!!!!], the meal becomes the secret recipe for having a boy child who will grow up to be a famous scholar!!!

Drug addicts high on acid might hallucinate something more sane than this crap that hindu shastra, in this case the moderate-upanishad, has vomited into the minds of the idiots who believe this nonsense called hinduism!

Please don't get offended. Really, please don't. 

If hinduism can be assertive and 'Haan Yeh Hinduon Ka Desh Hai' and 'Haan Mandir Yahin Banega', then atheists can also be assertively 'Bhakton Ka Haseen Uda Sakthe Hain!!!'




Exhibit 4:

Wow! If a Kshatriya defames a Brahmana, he has to be fined 100 pants, if it is a Vaisya, he would pay a fine of 150 or 200 pants but if it is a Sudra, he will suffer CORPORAL PUNISHMENT!!!

What makes Brahmana so special that he needs a policy regulation to prevent slander/defamation???!!??

From a civil behaviour perspective, yes defamation is not good but if something is bad, WHY ON EARTH IS THE PUNISHMENT VARYING FROM GROUP TO GROUP???

Think about this!  If the hindu shastra establishes INEQUALITY EVEN IN PUNISHMENT where everyone pays a fine but SUDRA GETS CORPORAL PUNISHMENT, that is ok. People will actually even pray over this crap, calling it 'Words of God'. 

However, if the constitution accommodates those who are discriminated in the name of Sudras through AFFIRMATIVE ACTION, then that is not OK!!!!!???

"Reservation caste pe, last name pe kyon dete ho?"

"Abhey Dhakkan! Thera Shastra punishment me inequality bana saktha hai aur tu uski pooja karega, saala constitution equality banayega to royega????!!!!"

If a system dictates differences among humans in any manner, how can that be a faith in the first place and how will the head of that nonsense be a god????!!!

Exhibit 5:

If varna is based on guna, then guna is supposed to be a variable over time. if guna is variable over time, how on earth will the king identify anyone as any varna, at any given time???!!

Manusmrithi is ordering the king to order vaishyas to lend money and farm and sutras to serve the twice-born castes. The usage of 'twice-born' indicates 'VARNA-SHASTRA' is based on birth. The sanskrit term 'Dhvijanmanaam' is the one that means 'twice-born'.

Stop kidding yourself into believing the nonsense that says varnashastra is based on guna and not birth. The sanskrit verses are anyways here for reference. Take this to the sanskrit scholar you trust and ask them to translate it for you. Cross check the translation with this and if you have the patience and time, also refer to Lucknow's Pandit Dwivedi's hindi translation of manusmrithi. 

Sometimes 'Apne log from apne yahaan' can help us get carefully close to the facts worthy of our trust. You see we do not know the varna of the guna of the guy who translated this!

Exhibit 6:

So a low-caste man should not sit equally on the same level/seat as that of a upper-caste. How can a god tolerate such nonsense as the ved-shastra??!!??

How horribly sadistic are the hindu gods for tolerating such nonsense and allowing the followers to accept this nonsense as their 'Word of God'????

Exhibit 7:

Whether BOUGHT OR UNBOUGHT.....let this sink in...hindu shastra referring to humans being bought!!!!! and still fools believe this is a faith headed by gods....well if this is what they said through shastra, they are more of SLAVE-OWNERS than gods!!!

Irrespective of being bought or not, SUDRA WAS CREATED BY SWAYAMBHU SO SUDRA COULD BE BRAHMANA'S SLAVE!!!!

If varnashastra segregates society based on GUNA, then how come the psycho Swayambhu [a slave-creator has to be a psycho] create that group as a standardised category. So this Psycho Swyambhu creates a group of humans and gives them the guna that dedicates them to be slaves of brahmanas. So Varnashastra is about humans being segregated across groups at their birth. The idiots who believe the nonsense faith accommodating such crap need professional help. A whole society has accepted worms in their brains just because they believe their god asked them to.

Exhibit 8:

So all pooja-paat requires Shudh Deshi Ghee but if a Brahmana sells Ghee, he becomes a Sudra, not in 1, not in 2 but actually in 3 days!!!!

Any idea how the GUNA of the Brahmana changes in 72 hours? 

Any idea why a Brahmana becomes a Sudra for selling MILK?

All superstitious fire burning stunts requires ghee/milk and the sweets presented to the foolish stones with no life have to be made with milk and ghee but if a Brahmana sells milk, he becomes a Sudra!!!

So MILK SELLERS ARE SUDRAS???!!!? 

I don't want to insult the word hypocrisy. This is beyond nonsense and this is part of manusmrithi, one of the hindu shastra!!!

If this is the shastra, how is hindu a valid faith and how are the heads valid gods, even by definition??!!?? 

In the interest of time, I am restricting this post to this but I realise there is always going to be this one person who wants to read more just to ensure consistency. SO find below the other manusmrithi nonsense that forms the base architecture of the atrocity called hindu religion. 

Since such wonderful nonsense is part of hindu dharma, the defense of the same, aka hindutva is absolutely important for the growth of India. The only difference is that the citizens better realise the nonsense in hindu and use the shastra as reference for what not to follow and believe and practice. 

Anyone with a rational mind and the will to believe in the concept of equality will question the nonsense in hindutva. Our country's development is very much in us collectively abandoning this faith system that breeds discrimination, contempt and greed and has been systematically destroying our society. Not following hindutva is the cure to all problems India is facing right now.
